·   Improving the KPIs of core downtown dual band (800/900) sites.Improved Drop rate from 1.55 to 1.35 for Core Baltimore. Extensively working for performance improvement of densely packed core clutter.

·   Daily optimization and monitoring of 8 clusters comprising of over 110 sites.

·         RF Design – New England Market:

·   Designof 900 GSM, GPRS and EDGE capable sites using Ericsson Kit R12. Included urban city center sites comprising of 3G UMTS BTSs.

·   Issue Search Rings andPerform Link Budget calculations and path analysis. Antenna Selection; designs utilizing spatial diversity to achieve optimum performance to meet both coverage and capacity goals. Used Grayson CW Testing equipment for site justification procedures.

·   Frequency Planning and BSIC Planning for GSM sites.

·   Generate and Analyze RF Propagation simulations predictions using Aircom ASSET 3G tool. 

·   Conduct Site surveys to identify equipment location, antenna orientation, and stealth requirement to facilitate Zoning.
